My kids go through a lot of fruit and vegetables every week. My 2 year old eats non stop, so I have to keep fresh produce readily available or she'd eat way too much processed foods.
Saving money on fresh produce tends to be a hard task since there are rarely coupons or great deals on fruit and veggies. Unless you grow your own, the best way to save in this area at the grocery store is to keep up with what is in season and buy only that produce. Avoid buying out of season items, unless you just have to.

God Loves You Unconditionally- No performance necessary Are you a human being a christian or doing christian things? When we understand God's undonditional love, we can rest in just being. When we are comfortable in being a Christian on the inside, the things we do automatically fall into suit. When we beleive that Christ chose us and cancelled our debt (sins), who we are becomes evident on the outside. We no longer have to work hard at appearing Christian.
Key Points:
Confidence in ourselves should not come from our educational status, position we hold, social circles, how we look, gifts, talents, etc.... confidence in strictly in Jesus
We become what we believe we are- if you believe you are in right standing with God, doing the right thing will need less effort.
God sees the beginning and the end and He sees you as completely transformed to the likeness of Christ.
Do not compare yourself to others, God will never help you be someone else.
If we had to earn God's blessings, they would not be "gifts" He blesses us even when we don't deserve it.
God deals with us bases on our heart and soul, not on our mind and the things we think of ourselves, or the things we do.
ACTION:
Stand in front of a mirror and tell the person you see there "You are loved, valuable, precious, talented, gifted, capable, powerful, wise, redeemed."
PRAY: Dear Lord, Thank you for sending your Son to pay the price for my sins, that I may stand holy and blameless before you.Thank you for cancelling my debt. Thank you for blessing me no matter how I feel about myself or what I do. AMEN
